Upper Octorara Presbyterian Church Preschool admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin with all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally afforded to or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs or any other school administered programs. The admissions process includes submitting a registration form and fee of $65.00. A visit to the facility and a review with the Director is recommended.
Registration begins January 22nd of the current year for currently enrolled children (and their siblings) and church members. Open registration to the public begins February 1st of the current year.

Tuition is always due the first day of each month beginning in September and ending in May. A coupon book will be given to each parent upon request. The appropriate month’s payment should be mailed to the preschool or placed in the tuition box located inside the Preschool. Make checks payable to “UOPC Preschool”.
A ten-day grace period is given. If payment is ten (10) days late, a late fee of $10.00 will be assessed to your account and a past due letter will be mailed.
If tuition payment is beyond 30 days due, the student will not be permitted to attend class until it is paid in full. Please be advised that this policy will be enforced.
If you are having financial difficulty making monthly payments, please contact the Director and other arrangements may be made.

Partial scholarship funds are available. Applications are available in the school office. Completed scholarship applications will be reviewed will be reviewed by the UOPC Preschool Board of Directors. Approval of these scholarships is based on your financial statistics, needs, and funds available. All applications to be considered for scholarship funding must be submitted by August 1st. Any applications received after this deadline will be considered; however, funds are limited and cases will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Also, please note that while applications are being reviewed, tuition payments must be paid until a decision from the Board is complete.
